Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to optimize and maintain manufacturing processes, focusing primarily on mechanical aspects for efficient production.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering

    • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials

    • Ability to lead and motivate a team

    • Manage multiple projects and attend cross-functional meetings

    • Physically capable of moving assembly lines, lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks

  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement manufacturing processes on production lines

    • Identify improvements for safety, quality, cost reduction, and productivity

    • Create work instructions for assembly line operators

    • Support assembly lines by resolving quality and equipment issues

    • Design custom fixtures and tools for assembly applications

    • Purchase tools/equipment; submit requests for large projects

    • Maintain material flow using Kanban strategies

    • Collaborate with Design Engineering on product design manufacturability

Pay: 68k-75k
