Director of Global Quality Assurance

Summary: Seeking a Director of Global Quality Assurance to lead the development and continuous improvement of a Quality Management System ensuring product reliability and customer satisfaction.

• Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science.
  • 15 years direct experience in Quality Assurance and ISO 9000.
  • Minimum of 10 years Management/Supervisor experience.
  • Familiarity with lean tools and methodologies, Six Sigma certifications preferred.
  • Trained in problem solving, team facilitation, and root cause analysis.

• Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced degree in science, engineering or management.
  • Manufacturing management and continuous improvement experience.

• Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve the global Quality Management System.
  • Ensure global compliance with ISO 9001-2015 certification.
  • Integrate Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) tools into new product development.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to enhance supplier quality processes.
  • Standardize global quality reporting metrics for corporate analysis.
  • Manage customer complaint response system globally.

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
