Global Foundry Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Global Foundry Engineer to design and maintain foundry tooling, optimize production efficiency, and support global initiatives.

• Requirements:

  • BS in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years pattern building experience preferred
  • 5+ years experience with gating and risering techniques
  • Knowledge of foundry processes including melt, green sand, and no-bake molding
  • Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks), Word, Excel

• Preferred Skills:

  • ProCast solidification experience
  • Flexibility with shifts, hours, and assignments
  • Willingness to travel

• Responsibilities:

  • Design and construct new foundry tooling from blueprints or CAD models
  • Maintain tooling for production efficiency and dimensional accuracy
  • Generate casting and pattern quotations for new projects
  • Coordinate movement of patterns between facilities globally
  • Collaborate on new product launches and cost-saving projects
  • Maintain active tooling list with production status details

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
