Summary: Seeking an HR Business Partner to provide temporary support for the Digital Data Networks business unit, focusing on HR activities and organizational needs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field

  • 3+ years of HR-related experience

  • Intermediate Excel proficiency with pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, and formulas like VLOOKUP

  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting HR data and identifying trends

  • Process-oriented mindset for workflow improvement

  • Experience in developing HR tools and facilitating training sessions

  • Solid project management skills for leading initiatives

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with Success Factors is a plus

  • Understanding of HR fundamentals including recruitment and employee relations

Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Manager with various HR activities in a dynamic global business environment

  • Analyze and present HR data to leadership using Excel features

  • Improve process workflows and enhance HR tools and resources

  • Draft communications and facilitate training sessions for diverse audiences

  • Manage projects from inception to completion within the DDN Engineering Function



Pay Details: $40.00 to $53.00 per hour
