Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Program Leader to drive and deliver global manufacturing programs through cross-functional collaboration and project management.

  • Requirements:

    • B.S. in Business or Engineering; Master's preferred.
    • 5-10 years' experience in leadership positions within manufacturing.
    • Technical knowledge in automation, welding, material flow engineering, demand flow technology.
    • Experience with project management tools and techniques.
    • Knowledge and application of financial principles and controls.

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Forklift truck product knowledge.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Lead operational transformation projects ensuring timely delivery within budget.
    • Collaborate across multiple manufacturing plants for effective execution of workstreams.
    • Oversee development and integration of detailed project plans across various departments.
    • Identify and eliminate barriers for seamless program execution.
    • Ensure projects adhere to timelines, providing regular updates to executive leadership.
    • Coordinate functions among Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and NPI to achieve objectives.
    • Drive programs to meet financial budgets and savings commitments.
    • Conduct executive-level program reviews presenting progress and solutions.
    • Resolve conflicts, plan for risk mitigation, ensure leadership awareness of challenges.


Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
