Manufacturing Program Leader
Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Program Leader to drive and deliver global manufacturing programs through cross-functional collaboration and project management.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Business or Engineering; Master's preferred.
- 5-10 years' experience in leadership positions within manufacturing.
- Technical knowledge in automation, welding, material flow engineering, demand flow technology.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
- Knowledge and application of financial principles and controls.
Preferred Skills:
- Forklift truck product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Lead operational transformation projects ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Collaborate across multiple manufacturing plants for effective execution of workstreams.
- Oversee development and integration of detailed project plans across various departments.
- Identify and eliminate barriers for seamless program execution.
- Ensure projects adhere to timelines, providing regular updates to executive leadership.
- Coordinate functions among Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and NPI to achieve objectives.
- Drive programs to meet financial budgets and savings commitments.
- Conduct executive-level program reviews presenting progress and solutions.
- Resolve conflicts, plan for risk mitigation, ensure leadership awareness of challenges.
Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
