Summary: Seeking a Health & Safety Specialist with expertise in manufacturing environments to lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years of experience in manufacturing setting acceptable
  • Strong understanding of OSHA and other applicable regulatory requirements
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Industrial knowledge of processes, hazards, and mitigation strategies
  • Ability to pursue continued education, certification, and training
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with ISO 45001 & Corporate Fatality Prevention Standard

Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of H&S Program meeting ISO and FPS requirements
  • Participate in internal & external audits for compliance
  • Drive injury prevention through HIRA activities and Root Cause Analysis
  • Monitor plant environment for hazards, recommend safety improvements
  • Develop safety procedures, conduct employee training programs
  • Assist with New Hire Orientation and emergency response drills


Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
