Summary: Seeking a Design Engineer with expertise in SolidWorks and aluminum machining to develop and manage mechanical components for marine equipment.

  • Requirements:

    • BS/MS degree in Engineering
    • Minimum of 5 years professional experience
    • High proficiency in SolidWorks (3D CAD modeling)
    • Experience with PDM and ERP systems
    • Hands-on experience with aluminum, welding, and machining processes
    • Familiarity with CNC, lathe, and laser cutting equipment
    • Understanding of GD&T standards

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Programming CNC machines
    • Marine equipment design experience

  • Responsibilities:

    • Design and update mechanical parts and assemblies
    • Provide feedback to junior engineers
    • Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects
    • Develop product quotes and support cost analysis
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for manufacturability
    • Maintain project documentation using PDM and ERP systems
    • Apply GD&T standards in designs and documentation


Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
