Summary: Seeking a Designer to generate detailed 3D models and drawings, ensuring project accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in CAD, Engineering, Technology (2 or 4 years)

  • Experience with Rhino, AutoCAD, Solidworks, or Creo

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to produce comprehensive drawings and 3D models

  • Proficiency in generating accurate bill of materials

  • Knowledge of project management and ability to meet deadlines

  • Familiarity with design principles that align with architectural intent

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed drawings and 3D models for programming, fabrication, and installation purposes

  • Deliver projects on time with all necessary information included

  • Participate in scope meetings to gather essential information for project success

  • Design panel systems optimized for material yield and installability

  • Manage point cloud data processing for accurate model creation

  • Maintain up-to-date project models and shops for consistent accuracy

  • Produce shop drawings that fully describe the project details

  • Develop material takeoffs listing all required materials per project

  • Create fab ticket drawings for custom parts and panels as needed

  • Revise drawings based on shop reviews, customer feedback, or field dimensions

  • Generate panel programs from updated shop drawings/models

  • Provide assembly drawings when necessary for production communication

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
