Summary: Seeking an experienced HR Labor Relations/Generalist to support labor relations and employee management in a unionized manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Labor and Employee Relations experience
  • Experience in a UNION environment
  • Administration of collective bargaining agreements

Preferred Skills:

  • BS Degree in Business Administration or HR Management
  • Experience with a UAW workforce

Responsibilities:

  • Advise management on labor relations issues
  • Administer collective bargaining agreements, policies, and procedures
  • Represent organization in union grievances and arbitration
  • Investigate employee relations issues and mediate conflicts
  • Research labor relations issues affecting business operations
  • Collaborate with bargaining unit representatives for resolutions
  • Identify and recommend solutions for labor relation trends and issues
  • Participate in contract negotiations
  • Manage manpower placement, training gaps, and training records


Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
