Responsible for managing quality systems, leading cross-functional teams, and driving corrective actions in an ISO 9001 certified precision manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree

  • 5+ years of related experience (7+ preferred)

  • Minimum 5 years in a QA management role within an ISO 9001 certified shop

  • Strong expertise in data analysis, root cause identification, corrective action planning, and implementation

  • Proficiency with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and ability to create and interpret detailed fishbone diagrams

  • Knowledge of GD&T with hands-on experience in precision manufacturing

  • Experience managing Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001-2015 audits and compliance

Preferred Skills

  • Experience leading multi-discipline teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain functions

  • Broad knowledge and application of advanced problem-solving tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead quality assurance efforts for precision manufacturing operations

  • Direct and support Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors

  • Drive problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation across cross-functional teams

  • Manage compliance with ISO 9001-2015 standards and conduct internal/external audits

  • Oversee GD&T application and verification in precision machining processes

  • Apply SPC and other advanced quality methodologies to resolve issues and ensure continuous improvement

  • Provide leadership to enforce accountability, deliver project results, and prepare for succession into senior management



Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
