Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing, and production

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field

  • Strong background in product lifecycle management (PLM)

  • Experience with APQP, PPAP, change management, and project management

  • Knowledge of multiple management systems (milestone-driven, waterfall, agile)

  • Proficiency in Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies

  • Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum practices

  • Demonstrated leadership managing engineering and production teams

Preferred Skills

  • Background in automotive or related industries

  • Experience leading diverse technical groups across engineering and quality functions

  • Track record of implementing continuous improvement and innovation programs

  • Proven ability to deliver results in complex, highly technical environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead product engineering teams throughout the full product lifecycle

  • Drive manufacturing and production excellence across multiple functions

  • Oversee APQP, PPAP, and change management processes to ensure compliance and quality

  • Implement and refine project management methodologies tailored to business needs

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Kaizen

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align strategy, execution, and product innovation

  • Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to engineering and production teams



Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
