Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support new product introduction by creating and developing manufacturing system concepts

• Collaborate with design engineers and production teams to quote, specify, order, debug, receive, install, and runoff new production equipment

• Maintain and improve current systems and equipment through analysis and troubleshooting to maximize production and efficiency

• Partner with advanced engineering and equipment suppliers to design and configure new equipment and upgrades to meet specifications and quality standards

• Demonstrate project management and technical expertise in execution of engineering projects

• Support and advocate for continuous improvement through equipment/process design, training, and participation in plant-level activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, including knowledge of manufacturing philosophy and techniques

• Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques

• Strong problem-solving ability, judgment, and independent thinking skills for troubleshooting and quality assessment

• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in project management for equipment installation and system upgrades

• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and practices

• Hands-on experience with new product introduction processes

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
