Design Engineering - Crushing Equipment

Seeking a Design Engineer to support the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components for crushing equipment used in processing bulk materials and aggregates.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• Internship or co-op experience in mechanical or product design

• Knowledge of crushing equipment or bulk material processing preferred

• Proficiency with CAD software

• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience with design analysis and prototyping

• Familiarity with creating and maintaining Bills of Material (BOM)

• Understanding of mechanical testing and validation processes

• Knowledge of material strength and tolerancing principles

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate product design and development for crushing equipment

• Design and detail custom mechanical components and systems

• Perform design analysis and testing of components

• Conduct prototyping of new products

• Generate detailed engineering drawings and accurate BOMs

• Evaluate and implement product design changes

• Support production and manufacturing teams with technical documentation

• Perform additional engineering tasks as assigned

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
