Job Requirements

  • Accredited engineering degree with emphasis in mechanical, industrial, structural, automotive, or electrical disciplines

  • 5+ years of engineering experience

  • 5+ years of experience with cross-functional team collaboration

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an unrestricted basis (U.S. Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee)


Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage project plans aligned with internal development processes

  • Lead project teams and communicate project objectives and deliverables

  • Oversee specifications and requirements for assigned projects

  • Develop and maintain project budgets including labor, materials, and outsourcing

  • Coordinate team activities to meet project schedules and budgetary constraints

  • Align project requirements with platform needs in coordination with chief engineer

  • Define functionality and performance improvements consistent with project objectives

  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and customers to ensure project requirements exceed expectations

  • Communicate with machine system development groups to ensure system compatibility

  • Stay informed of industry and technology developments through field engagement and professional organizations


Preferred Skills

  • 10+ years of engineering experience in relevant disciplines

  • PMP or CPAM-PMI certification

  • Proficiency in MS Project or similar systems

  • General knowledge of machine design and development practices

  • Familiarity with machine operation and industry standards

  • Experience managing multiple development projects under time constraints

  • Technical aptitude to support and enhance engineering practices

  • Ability to set and monitor objectives and deliverables

  • Experience influencing and holding team members accountable



Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
