Job Requirements

  • Experience processing production orders according to customer specifications
  • Ability to complete production documentation and transaction records
  • Ability to operate or train on Thompson Clamshell, Miele, or Guillotine machinery
  • Ability to strip and package completed jobs according to customer requirements
  • Ability to perform basic equipment upkeep and maintenance
  • Ability to operate or train on a hydraulic forklift
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to follow job-specific production instructions

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Thompson Clamshell equipment
  • Experience with Miele equipment
  • Experience with Guillotine cutting equipment
  • Hydraulic forklift experience
  • Experience in printing, converting, packaging, or related production environments
  • Experience selecting equipment based on stock size and job requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive products and process orders based on customer requirements
  • Review job instructions and determine appropriate production equipment
  • Operate Thompson Clamshell, Miele, or Guillotine machinery
  • Process jobs according to stock size and production specifications
  • Strip finished jobs as required
  • Package completed products according to customer specifications
  • Complete required production documentation and system transactions
  • Perform routine equipment upkeep and basic maintenance
  • Operate a hydraulic forklift as needed
  • Move and handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds


Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per hour
