Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of quality engineering experience

  • Root cause investigation experience
  • Failure analysis experience
  • Experience applying quality tools to manufacturing processes
  • Experience with quality control standards
  • Experience supporting product design, materials, parts, fabrication processes, tooling, production equipment, and assembly methods

Preferred Skills

  • Technical degree
  • Equivalent experience in an OEM or OES manufacturing environment
  • IATF 16949 certified manufacturing environment experience
  • Automotive manufacturing experience
  • Capacity analysis experience
  • Experience supporting new product introduction
  • Experience addressing customer quality issues

Job Responsibilities

  • Apply quality control tools to support continuous improvement
  • Perform capacity analysis
  • Conduct GR&R studies
  • Perform capability studies
  • Support root cause investigations
  • Support failure analysis activities
  • Develop and maintain Control Plans
  • Support PFMEA activities
  • Assist teams with product design, materials, parts, fabrication processes, tooling, production equipment capabilities, and assembly methods
  • Ensure quality control standards are met across manufacturing processes
  • Interface with internal and external customers regarding new product introduction, existing product requirements, expectations, and quality issues


Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
