Manage purchasing activities for raw materials, tooling, and MRO supplies while supporting inventory needs, supplier performance, and cost control.

Job Requirements

  • 2–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
  • Experience using ERP or MRP systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience issuing and managing purchase orders.
  • Experience evaluating supplier pricing, delivery, quality, and reliability.
  • Experience tracking purchasing costs and supplier performance.

Preferred Skills

  • Purchasing or procurement experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience purchasing raw materials.
  • Experience purchasing tooling.
  • Experience purchasing MRO supplies.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Experience with supplier sourcing and vendor management.
  • Experience with inventory replenishment and stock material planning.

Job Responsibilities

  • Purchase raw materials, tooling, and MRO supplies for production and facility operations.
  • Source and evaluate new suppliers.
  • Maintain supplier and vendor records.
  • Request and evaluate supplier quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Issue purchase orders and track order status.
  • Monitor delivery performance and follow up on delayed orders.
  • Coordinate with inventory personnel to monitor stock levels and reorder materials.
  • Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and service performance.
  • Track purchasing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain supplier databases and vendor performance records.
  • Prepare purchasing, supplier performance, and inventory reports.


Pay Details: $72,000.00 to $78,000.00 per year
