Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Quality technician training or equivalent inspection experience
  • Experience inspecting sheet metal parts and assemblies
  • Proficiency with standard measurement, inspection, and test equipment
  • Ability to interpret inspection requirements and verify dimensional conformance
  • Computer proficiency
  • Experience entering and maintaining quality inspection data

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CMS
  • Experience with Funnel Cloud
  • Experience reading engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications
  • Knowledge of dimensional inspection methods
  • Experience documenting nonconforming materials and inspection results
  • Manufacturing quality-control experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Inspect sheet metal parts and assemblies for dimensional and workmanship requirements
  • Use standard measurement, inspection, and test equipment
  • Verify components meet drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
  • Record inspection results in applicable quality systems
  • Maintain inspection reports, logs, and traceability records
  • Enter and update quality data in CMS and Funnel Cloud
  • Identify and document nonconforming parts and assemblies
  • Support in-process and final inspection activities
  • Maintain inspection equipment and verify calibration status
  • Follow established quality procedures and inspection instructions


Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
