Develops and supports CNC programs for 5-axis machining of aerospace components manufactured from titanium, Inconel, and aluminum.

Job Requirements

  • Aerospace NC programming experience.
  • CNC machining experience with at least 1 year of CNC programming experience.
  • Experience programming 5-axis machining operations of simple to medium complexity.
  • Experience working in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
  • Experience machining titanium, Inconel, and aluminum.
  • Experience developing CNC programs for aircraft or aerospace components.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Siemens NX 2506 or Designcenter NX.
  • Experience programming complex aerospace components.
  • Experience supporting CNC machining operations from programming through production.
  • Experience with multi-axis machining strategies and toolpath development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain NC programs for aerospace manufacturing operations.
  • Program 5-axis CNC machining processes for simple to medium-complexity components.
  • Create machining strategies and toolpaths for titanium, Inconel, and aluminum components.
  • Support CNC machining operations and resolve programming-related production issues.
  • Review component requirements, machining processes, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Optimize CNC programs for machining efficiency, accuracy, and manufacturability.
  • Update existing programs to support engineering or manufacturing changes.
  • Use Siemens NX or equivalent CAM software to develop and modify NC programs.


Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per hour
