Operations Coordinator responsible for supporting office administration, human resources, purchasing, shipping, receiving, and front office operations.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of office administration experience or equivalent degree in a related field
  • Basic knowledge of human resources processes and documents
  • Basic knowledge of purchasing cycles
  • Experience with employee onboarding support
  • Experience with record keeping and timekeeping
  • Experience maintaining HR files
  • Experience supporting employee benefits administration
  • Experience with purchasing administration
  • Experience communicating with suppliers to track delivery status
  • Experience supporting shipping and receiving activities
  • Experience generating shipping documents
  • Experience with domestic and international shipping documentation
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Data entry experience
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Ability to pass a background investigation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • QuickBooks data entry experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Support front office operations
  • Support administrative functions across human resources, purchasing, shipping, and receiving
  • Assist with employee onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and HR files
  • Support timekeeping administration
  • Maintain HR documentation according to company policies and applicable laws
  • Coordinate employee healthcare benefits administration
  • Coordinate 401(k) benefits administration
  • Assist with employee communications
  • Process online purchasing requests
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal staff regarding order status
  • Track delivery dates for purchased products
  • Assist with return merchandise coordination
  • Monitor office supply inventory
  • Reorder office supplies as needed
  • Assist engineering staff with outgoing shipments
  • Prepare outgoing items for transit
  • Generate shipping documents for domestic shipments
  • Generate shipping documents for international shipments
  • Ensure shipping documents meet customer requirements
  • Receive incoming shipments
  • Sign for deliveries
  • Verify shipment contents
  • Distribute received items to appropriate personnel or departments
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned


Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
