Maintenance Supervisor responsible for leading maintenance staff, supporting production floor repairs, maintaining manufacturing equipment, coordinating contractors, managing maintenance procedures, and supporting facility systems.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Equivalent maintenance training and experience accepted

  • Experience supervising maintenance employees

  • Experience supervising maintenance or engineering reports

  • Experience performing routine maintenance on a production floor

  • Experience repairing process equipment

  • Experience repairing production equipment

  • Experience with machine repairs, alignments, lubrication, and coolant changes

  • Basic understanding of electrical systems

  • Experience with DC and AC voltage from 24V to 480V

  • Experience with ladder logic

  • Experience with PLCs

  • Experience with VFDs

  • Experience with instrumentation and control devices

  • Familiarity with air handlers, condensers, and evaporators

  • Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout

  • Knowledge of Arc Flash

  • Knowledge of machine guarding

  • Knowledge of Hazcom

  • Knowledge of DOT, RCRA, material handling, and chemical handling requirements

Responsibilities

  • Supervise maintenance department employees

  • Train maintenance department employees

  • Perform routine work throughout the production floor

  • Monitor process and production equipment

  • Repair process and production equipment

  • Identify and document equipment problems

  • Coordinate with contractors to obtain repair information, parts, and procedures

  • Complete maintenance projects and assigned tasks

  • Design maintenance procedures

  • Track maintenance budgets and expenses

  • Perform inspections to identify maintenance issues

  • Make repairs to manufacturing machines and facility systems

  • Execute machine repairs

  • Perform machine alignments

  • Perform lubrication activities

  • Perform coolant changes

  • Support electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs as needed

  • Support maintenance of air handlers, condensers, and evaporators

  • Follow safety requirements for chemical use, handling, and disposal

  • Apply safety practices related to Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash, machine guarding, Hazcom, DOT, RCRA, and material handling

Pay: 150k-175k/year
