Electronic Assembler

Responsible for assembling, wiring, and soldering electronic products and components while ensuring compliance with manufacturing specifications, quality standards, and production requirements.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1–3 years of experience in a small- to medium-volume manufacturing or production environment.

• Experience assembling electronic products, wiring, and components.

• Hands-on soldering experience.

• Knowledge of standard manufacturing tools and assembly equipment.

• Manual dexterity for handling small electronic components and performing detailed assembly work.

• U.S. citizenship required.

• Ability to work onsite and attend an onsite interview.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Military Standards (MIL-STD).

• IPC J-STD soldering certification.

• Experience with electronic wiring assemblies and soldered connections.

• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and quality standards.

• Familiarity with electronic assembly inspection and testing procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic products, wiring, and components according to manufacturing instructions and specifications.

• Perform soldering operations on electronic components and wiring assemblies.

• Use standard manufacturing tools and equipment to complete assembly operations.

• Handle and assemble small electronic components requiring precision and manual dexterity.

• Inspect completed assemblies for workmanship and compliance with quality requirements.

• Follow established production procedures and assembly instructions.

• Identify and report defective components, wiring issues, and assembly discrepancies.

• Support small- to medium-volume electronic production operations.

• Maintain assembly tools, equipment, and work areas in accordance with manufacturing procedures.

• Follow applicable safety procedures and electronic assembly quality standards.

Pay: 45k-48k/year
