Manufacturing Engineer responsible for CNC programming, production readiness, manufacturing documentation, tooling support, and job package development for precision machining operations.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of Manufacturing Process Engineering experience

  • Experience creating, reviewing, and releasing manufacturing job packages

  • Experience developing routers, setup sheets, tooling lists, and manufacturing documentation

  • Experience with manufacturing documentation and revision control

  • Experience maintaining drawings, models, CNC programs, and shop-floor documentation

  • Mastercam CNC programming experience

  • Experience developing and modifying CNC milling and turning programs

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints

  • Strong knowledge of GD&T and dimensional tolerances

  • Experience working with 3D models

  • Experience in AS9100 or aerospace manufacturing environments

  • Experience with controlled documentation in regulated manufacturing

  • Experience developing tooling, fixture, workholding, and setup information

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting high-precision CNC machining operations

  • Experience with both CNC milling and turning processes

  • Experience supporting tooling and fixture selection

  • Experience troubleshooting manufacturing and production issues

  • Experience supporting production readiness and job release activities

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare production-ready CNC programs for milling and turning operations

  • Create and maintain routers, setup sheets, tooling lists, and manufacturing job packages

  • Review and release manufacturing documentation for production

  • Develop, modify, and maintain Mastercam CNC programs

  • Ensure drawings, models, programs, and shop-floor documents are current and properly controlled

  • Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerances, and 3D models

  • Prepare tooling, workholding, fixture, and setup information

  • Support production readiness for assigned machining jobs

  • Resolve manufacturing issues involving engineering, quality, machining, and production requirements

  • Maintain accurate revision control across manufacturing documentation

  • Support AS9100 and controlled-documentation requirements

  • Verify production teams have the required programs, tooling information, and documentation before job execution

Pay: 90k-95k/year
