Project Manager

Application Project Manager responsible for leading multiple complex CRM and enterprise application projects within a formal PMO environment.

Job Requirements

• Project management experience within a formal Project Management Office (PMO).

• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

• Experience managing application-focused projects.

• Experience with Veeva CRM.

• Experience with Veeva Vault.

• Experience using Waterfall project management methodology.

• Experience working directly with application end users.

• Experience managing projects through planning, execution, implementation, and completion.

• Mid- to senior-level project management experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing CRM application implementations or enhancements.

• Experience managing Veeva platform projects.

• Experience coordinating application requirements with business users and technical teams.

• Experience managing enterprise application upgrades, integrations, or deployments.

• Experience with project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex application and CRM projects.

• Lead projects within established PMO processes and governance standards.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requirements.

• Coordinate Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault project activities.

• Work directly with end users to gather requirements and support application implementations or enhancements.

• Coordinate activities between business users, application teams, and technical resources.

• Manage Waterfall-based project execution and documentation.

• Track project progress and provide project status reporting.

• Support application deployment, implementation, and project closeout activities.

Pay: 40-54/hr

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
