Talent and Benefits Specialist
Benefits Specialist responsible for administering self-insured employee benefit plans, maintaining benefits compliance, managing HRIS data, and supporting reporting, LMS, and talent development activities.
Job Requirements

3–5 years of experience administering self-insured employee benefit plans.

Experience with ADP Benefits.
-
Experience working with HRIS systems.
-
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.

Experience performing benefits-related data analysis and reporting.

Knowledge of benefits compliance requirements, including:

Affordable Care Act (ACA)
-
Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA)
-
Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
-

Experience administering employee benefit enrollments, changes, and eligibility updates.

Experience maintaining benefits records and compliance documentation.

Experience working with benefits vendors and third-party administrators.
Preferred Skills

Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Experience supporting performance management programs.

Experience supporting talent development initiatives.

Experience analyzing benefits utilization, enrollment, or cost data.

Experience preparing benefits compliance reports and audit documentation.

Experience evaluating and improving employee benefits programs.

Experience supporting open enrollment activities.
Job Responsibilities
-
Administer self-insured and employee-sponsored benefits programs.
-
Process employee benefit enrollments, changes, and eligibility updates.
-
Maintain benefits data within ADP Benefits and HRIS platforms.
-
Coordinate annual open enrollment activities.
-
Maintain benefits records, reports, and compliance documentation.
-
Monitor compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and applicable benefits regulations.

Support benefits audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
-
Perform benefits data analysis using Excel Pivot Tables and related analytical tools.

Prepare reports on benefits participation, utilization, costs, and program performance.

Coordinate with benefits vendors and third-party administrators.

Resolve benefits administration discrepancies and enrollment issues.

Administer Learning Management System activities.

Support performance management and talent development programs.
-
Evaluate benefits and employee development programs and identify improvement opportunities.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
