  • Experience coordinating staff schedules and project functions.
  • Experience supporting supply chain activities.
  • Experience managing project integration efforts.
  • Experience coordinating activities between vendors, customers, procurement, and internal teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with vendor selection and sourcing processes.
  • Experience reviewing quotations and procurement documentation.
  • Experience tracking project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Experience supporting technical or manufacturing integration projects.
  • Experience with purchasing, supply chain, or operations coordination.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage project integration activities across vendors, customers, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate vendor activities and project deliverables.
  • Support RFQ development, review, and response activities.
  • Assist with procurement and purchasing requirements.
  • Track material, supplier, and supply chain activities affecting project execution.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and project support functions.
  • Maintain project schedules, milestones, and action items.
  • Monitor vendor and procurement status against project requirements.
  • Support resolution of supply chain and integration issues.
  • Coordinate project documentation, procurement records, and vendor information.


Pay Details: $70.00 to $80.00 per hour
