Automation Technician

Manufacturing Technician responsible for supporting automated production equipment, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and executing equipment and process improvements.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant manufacturing or technician experience with an associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience supporting robotics or automated manufacturing equipment.

• Experience troubleshooting, setting up, maintaining, or supporting manufacturing equipment.

• Experience working with engineers on manufacturing issues and process improvements.

• Experience with equipment setup, calibration, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.

• Knowledge of QSR, ISO, safety, and quality procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Medical device manufacturing experience.

• Experience with production equipment installation and validation.

• Experience supporting yield and cycle-time improvements.

• Experience with manufacturing documentation and procedure development.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow applicable safety, QSR, ISO, and quality procedures.

• Support engineers and technicians with process improvements and project execution.

• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.

• Perform equipment setup, calibration, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.

• Install and validate production equipment and manufacturing processes.

• Monitor equipment and process operating data.

• Adjust equipment and manufacturing processes based on operating data.

• Develop and revise manufacturing procedures and technical documentation.

• Train and certify manufacturing associates on production processes.

• Evaluate and order required manufacturing equipment, tools, and fixtures.

• Support improvements to production yield and cycle time.

Pay: 30-36/hr

Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
