Production Control Coordinator
Plans, releases, and monitors production work orders while managing material availability, scheduling priorities, capacity constraints, and ERP/MRP data within a manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements
1–3 years of experience in production control, material planning, scheduling, or manufacturing coordination.
Manufacturing industry experience.
Experience creating, releasing, and updating work orders in an ERP/MRP system.
Knowledge of production scheduling and manufacturing workflows.
Experience with capacity planning.
Experience identifying, tracking, and resolving material shortages.
Experience reviewing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
Experience processing production order changes.
Experience maintaining production lead times and scheduling data within ERP/MRP systems.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting material planning and production control activities.
Experience coordinating expedited or changing production requirements.
Experience working with manufacturing, sourcing, engineering, and operations functions.
Experience monitoring capacity constraints and production bottlenecks.
Experience with ERP/MRP-based manufacturing planning systems.
Job Responsibilities
Create, release, update, and monitor internal production work orders.
Develop and maintain production schedules based on manufacturing requirements.
Monitor production priorities, capacity constraints, and lead times.
Track material availability and identify shortages that could affect production.
Coordinate resolution of material shortages with sourcing, manufacturing, and operations teams.
Review Engineering Change Orders and determine required production actions.
Process work order and production schedule changes.
Update ERP/MRP systems with accurate production, material, and scheduling information.
Monitor work order status and manufacturing progress.
Adjust production priorities based on material availability, capacity, and delivery requirements.
Coordinate production planning activities across manufacturing, sourcing, engineering, and operations.
Support on-time manufacturing and delivery objectives.
Pay: 55k-60k/year

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
