Lab Computing Analyst

IT Support Specialist responsible for Windows 11 upgrades, computer imaging, hardware and software troubleshooting, equipment replacement, and technology asset management.

Job Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Windows upgrade projects.

• Hands-on experience with Windows 11.

• Experience upgrading and imaging computers.

• Experience troubleshooting hardware issues.

• Experience troubleshooting software issues.

• Experience replacing or upgrading computers, equipment, or related technology.

• Experience coordinating technical issues or equipment needs with vendors.

• Experience supporting technology assets in a complex technical environment.

• Experience maintaining technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow.

• Experience with Jira.

• Experience with asset tracking and asset management systems.

• Experience with documentation management.

• Experience supporting advanced laboratory instruments.

• Experience providing technical support in laboratory or regulated environments.

• Pharmaceutical industry experience.

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.

Job Responsibilities

• Support Windows 11 upgrade initiatives.

• Upgrade and image computers according to project requirements.

• Install, configure, and validate Windows-based systems.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

• Replace or upgrade computers and related equipment.

• Support asset management and equipment tracking activities.

• Maintain accurate hardware, software, and asset documentation.

• Update work records and technical documentation in applicable systems.

• Coordinate equipment repairs, replacements, and technical issues with vendors.

• Support advanced laboratory instruments and associated computer systems as required.

• Track project tasks and technical issues through ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.

• Support equipment lifecycle and technology refresh activities.

Pay: 18-25/hr

Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
