Cleanroom Packer - Entry-Level Production Operator

Cleanroom Production Associate responsible for packaging, labeling, documentation, cleaning, and material handling within an ISO 8 production environment.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous cleanroom production experience in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical-device environment.

• Experience packaging products in a cleanroom.

• Experience applying labels and completing basic production documentation.

• Experience performing routine cleanroom and production-area cleaning.

• Ability to move boxes, materials, and production supplies.

• Ability to independently lift up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Availability for a long-term night-shift assignment.

• Ability to accommodate changes in work hours, schedules, and workdays based on production requirements.

• Availability for approximately 30–60 hours per week, including overtime when required.

• Ability to meet required background screening and drug-screening requirements.

• Ability to work in an ISO 8 (Class 100,000) cleanroom environment.

Preferred Skills

• Basic Mandarin reading, writing, or verbal communication skills.

• Experience working in an injection molding facility.

• Familiarity with ISO 13485 quality systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Package products within an ISO 8 cleanroom environment.

• Apply product labels according to production requirements.

• Complete basic production documentation.

• Perform routine cleaning of cleanroom and production areas.

• Move boxes, materials, supplies, and production components.

• Follow cleanroom procedures and contamination-control requirements.

• Support production operations during scheduled overtime and varying production demand.

Pay: 19-23/hr

Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
