Process Controls Engineers
Controls Commissioning Engineer responsible for pre-operational testing, control logic troubleshooting, sequence validation, commissioning support, and process control tuning.
Job Requirements
- Experience with pre-operational testing
- Experience reviewing and updating controls narratives
- Experience troubleshooting control logic issues
- Experience completing checksheets and work packages
- Experience redlining drawings
- Experience supporting commissioning and ramp-up activities
- Experience with process control tuning
- Experience developing and validating logic sequences
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting punchlist completion
- Experience working with commissioning documentation
- Experience reviewing control system drawings and sequences
- Experience validating startup and operational logic
- Experience supporting process optimization during ramp-up
Job Responsibilities
- Perform pre-operational testing on control systems and related equipment
- Review and update controls narratives
- Troubleshoot control logic issues
- Complete checksheets and work packages
- Redline drawings based on field changes and commissioning findings
- Complete assigned punchlist items
- Support commissioning and startup ramp-up activities
- Support process control tuning
- Develop logic sequences for control system operation
- Validate logic sequences during testing and commissioning
- Document control system issues, updates, and field changes
Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
