Develops and maintains compliant medical device labeling, packaging artwork, IFUs, and regulated documentation while managing change control and production artwork activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 4+ years of medical device industry experience.

  • 4+ years of labeling experience in a regulated environment.

  • Senior-level experience with medical device labeling and packaging artwork.

  • Strong background in desktop publishing and graphics production.

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

  • Experience developing and maintaining packaging artwork and product labeling.

  • Experience creating and revising Instructions for Use (IFUs).

  • Experience with labeling change control, approvals, and release processes.

  • Experience working within regulated quality systems and document control environments.

  • Experience managing production-ready artwork and regulated labeling documentation.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with medical electrical equipment or similar capital equipment.

  • Experience with Global Labeling Systems (GLS) or similar labeling management platforms.

  • Technical writing experience.

  • Experience coordinating translations with external vendors.

  • Experience with packaging artwork proofing and vendor management.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with Microsoft Project.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create, revise, and maintain medical device packaging, labeling, and artwork using Adobe Creative Suite and applicable labeling systems.

  • Develop and maintain Instructions for Use content.

  • Coordinate translation activities with external vendors.

  • Manage labeling changes through established change control processes.

  • Coordinate labeling reviews, approvals, implementation, and product releases.

  • Develop and maintain production-ready packaging artwork and graphics files.

  • Support labeling and artwork requirements for acquired or transitioned product lines.

  • Coordinate labeling activities with Regulatory, Quality, R&D, Manufacturing, and Project Management functions.

  • Review packaging artwork proofs and resolve production artwork issues.

  • Manage labeling vendor communications and associated documentation.

  • Maintain labeling records, controlled documents, and filing systems in accordance with quality system requirements.

  • Ensure labeling and packaging deliverables comply with applicable regulatory and quality requirements.

  • Maintain consistency across labeling content, artwork, packaging, and IFUs.

  • Identify and implement improvements to labeling, artwork, and documentation processes.

Pay: 40-47/hr

Pay Details: $40.00 to $47.00 per hour
