Supports defense logistics customers through technical product sales, proposal development, and technical presentations for engineered products and services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of product sales experience.
  • Experience supporting Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) customers or programs.
  • Experience preparing proposals and responses to customer requirements and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
  • Experience delivering technical presentations for products and services.
  • Experience selling products that require technical or engineering expertise.
  • Ability to interpret customer technical requirements and align products or services to those requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with technical sales in defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or engineered products.
  • Experience supporting government or military customers.
  • Experience with proposal development for defense logistics opportunities.
  • Experience working with engineering and sales teams on technically complex products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and understand customer technical requirements.
  • Promote and support the sale of engineered products and services.
  • Develop technical proposals and RFP responses.
  • Prepare product and service documentation aligned with customer requirements.
  • Deliver technical presentations explaining product capabilities, specifications, and applications.
  • Provide technical sales support throughout the customer evaluation and purchasing process.
  • Support DLA-related sales opportunities and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering and internal technical teams to develop customer solutions.
  • Translate technical product information into customer-facing sales materials and proposals.
  • Support product selection and application based on customer technical requirements.


Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
