Labeling Project Specialist II
Lead development, revision, approval, and implementation of compliant labeling and product literature for medical devices and capital equipment.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or Associate degree with at least four years of experience in a regulated industry
Medical device industry experience
Minimum of two years of direct labeling or technical writing experience
Experience with medical electrical equipment or capital equipment
Experience managing labeling or documentation projects
Experience developing and revising labels, Instructions for Use, Directions for Use, cartons, artwork, or related product literature
Knowledge of regulated labeling and quality system requirements
Experience coordinating document review, approval, and release activities
Experience managing project schedules, milestones, resources, and deliverables
Preferred Skills
Adobe Creative Suite experience
Microsoft Office experience
Microsoft Project experience
Experience with artwork development and desktop publishing
Experience with document control systems
Experience serving as a labeling subject matter expert
Experience with labeling process improvement initiatives
Job Responsibilities
Lead labeling projects from initiation through final release
Develop and revise product labels, IFUs, DFUs, cartons, artwork, and supporting literature
Coordinate cross-functional review and approval of labeling content
Ensure labeling complies with applicable regulatory, quality, and internal requirements
Manage project schedules, milestones, resources, and deliverables
Track project dependencies and labeling-related risks
Oversee artwork generation and desktop publishing activities
Coordinate document control and labeling implementation activities
Maintain labeling consistency and accuracy across product documentation
Support labeling changes associated with product updates and regulatory requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for labeling activities
Maintain labeling project records and technical documentation
Support continuous improvement of labeling processes and documentation quality
Pay: 40-44/hr

Pay Details: $40.00 to $44.00 per hour
