Network Administrator

Administer, monitor, secure, and troubleshoot multi-site network and IT infrastructure environments.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of two years of network administration experience

• Experience administering and troubleshooting LAN and WAN environments

• Experience configuring and supporting Cisco routers and switches

• Experience administering SonicWall firewalls

• Experience managing VPN connectivity

• Experience with network security and cybersecurity monitoring

• Experience installing, maintaining, and upgrading Windows Server and desktop operating systems

• Experience analyzing network traffic and optimizing performance

• Experience with cybersecurity threat monitoring and incident response

• Experience administering Ubiquiti / UniFi wireless networks

• Experience supporting servers, PCs, printers, and label printers

• Experience supporting multi-site network environments

• Experience managing multiple IT infrastructure projects

• Knowledge of emerging networking and cybersecurity technologies

• Experience providing end-user technical support and troubleshooting

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field

• Darktrace security platform experience

• Mitel phone system administration and programming experience

• AS400 system knowledge

• M3 ERP user administration and support experience

• MPLS network experience

• DIA connectivity management experience

• FTP administration experience

• Access control management experience

• Active Directory administration experience

Job Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor LAN and WAN infrastructure

• Configure and maintain Cisco routers and switches

• Administer SonicWall firewalls and VPN connections

• Monitor network traffic, performance, and availability

• Troubleshoot network connectivity and infrastructure issues

• Perform Windows Server and desktop operating system installation, maintenance, and upgrades

• Administer wireless networks using Ubiquiti / UniFi technologies

• Monitor cybersecurity threats and support incident response activities

• Maintain network security controls and access requirements

• Support servers, PCs, printers, label printers, and related hardware

• Provide technical support for end-user systems and network issues

• Support multi-site network infrastructure

• Manage and implement IT infrastructure projects

• Maintain network and systems documentation

• Support connectivity services including MPLS, DIA, and FTP where applicable

• Administer enterprise systems and user access as assigned

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
