Field Action Operations Associate ( Customer Service Rep)

Support customer communications, product returns, ERP reporting, and regulated Field Action activities for medical device products.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of two years of customer service, administrative, or operations experience

• Experience pulling reports from ERP systems

• Ability to organize customer, product, and shipment data

• Experience handling customer inquiries by phone and email

• Experience maintaining accurate operational records and documentation

• Experience supporting product return processes

• Ability to prepare, label, package, and ship customer notification materials

• Ability to follow established quality procedures and regulatory requirements

Preferred Skills

• ERP system experience

• Experience in the medical device industry

• Experience in healthcare or regulated manufacturing environments

• Experience processing Return Material Authorizations

• Experience supporting product recalls, Field Actions, or similar regulated customer notification activities

• Experience tracking customer responses and product returns

• Experience with continuous improvement or special projects

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, and customer support for Field Action activities

• Respond to customer inquiries through email and phone

• Research and verify customer contact information

• Pull ERP reports and organize customer, product, and shipment data

• Prepare and assemble Field Action notification materials

• Stuff, label, package, and ship customer notification materials

• Track customer responses and maintain Field Action records

• Support product return activities

• Process and track Return Material Authorizations

• Maintain documentation associated with customer communications and product returns

• Coordinate assigned activities with Field Action leads and cross-functional teams

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects

• Maintain compliance with applicable quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Pay: 20-23/hr

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
