Structural Design/Drafter

Develop structural drawings and designs for foundations, structural systems, and equipment supports using AutoCAD and MicroStation.

Job Requirements

• Experience with structural design or drafting

• Experience developing foundation drawings

• Experience developing structural system drawings

• Experience designing or drafting equipment and structural supports

• Proficiency with AutoCAD

• Proficiency with MicroStation

• Ability to create and revise engineering drawings

• Ability to interpret engineering sketches, markups, and design requirements

• No degree required

Preferred Skills

• Junior- to mid-level structural design or drafting experience

• Experience supporting civil or structural engineering projects

• Experience preparing construction or fabrication drawings

• Experience working with structural engineers on design revisions

• Experience with industrial or infrastructure projects

Job Responsibilities

• Develop structural drawings for foundations, structures, and supports

• Create and revise drawings using AutoCAD and MicroStation

• Convert engineering concepts, sketches, and markups into detailed drawings

• Update structural drawings based on engineering revisions

• Prepare layouts, details, and supporting design documentation

• Maintain drawing accuracy and revision control

• Support structural engineers with drafting and design activities

• Incorporate project requirements and engineering comments into drawing packages

Pay: 20-45/hr

Pay Details: $20.00 to $45.00 per hour
