Design, migrate, and optimize enterprise infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, hybrid cloud, identity, data, networking, automation, and security platforms.
Job Requirements
Minimum of seven years of infrastructure engineering experience
Three to five years of cloud architecture experience
Experience leading VMware-to-Azure migration programs
Experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS services
Experience modernizing Active Directory environments to Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
Experience supporting hybrid and cloud-native identity architectures
Experience migrating SQL Server workloads to Azure SQL or Azure Managed Instance
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
Experience with Azure compute, networking, storage, and identity services
Experience designing enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments
Knowledge of cloud governance, cost management, and operational controls
Knowledge of NIST, CIS, ISO, or comparable security frameworks
Experience with enterprise change management and risk management processes
Experience integrating AI-enabled tools or automation into operational workflows
Experience developing cloud migration strategies, landing zones, and reference architectures
Preferred Skills
Experience with AWS and Azure multi-cloud environments
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Job Responsibilities
Lead migration of VMware-based virtual infrastructure to Azure IaaS and PaaS services
Design and execute Active Directory modernization and migration strategies
Migrate SQL Server databases to Azure SQL and Azure Managed Instance
Migrate file services, application workloads, and supporting infrastructure to Azure
Develop cloud reference architectures, landing zones, and governance frameworks
Optimize Azure workloads for cost, performance, scalability, and availability
Lead SQL database modernization and post-migration performance tuning
Maintain data integrity during migration and modernization activities
Support API, analytics, and integration platform modernization
Design and maintain enterprise networking across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments
Implement cloud connectivity and network resiliency improvements
Automate infrastructure and operational tasks
Develop and govern automation workflows and pipelines
Implement Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, and related automation technologies where applicable
Apply security controls aligned with NIST, CIS, ISO, and enterprise requirements
Support security monitoring, auditing, and incident-response readiness
Implement cloud governance, operational controls, and change management requirements
Support infrastructure-as-code deployments and DevOps pipelines
Develop backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
Pay: 90-120/hr

Pay Details: $90.00 to $120.00 per hour
