Job Requirements

  • Experience with DO-178 standards

  • Experience testing C and C++ software

  • Experience with software verification and validation

  • Experience reviewing software against certification requirements

  • Experience using SVN version control

  • Ability to develop and execute software test procedures

  • Ability to document test results, defects, and verification evidence

Preferred Skills

  • OpenGL experience

  • Experience with avionics or embedded display systems

  • Experience testing safety-critical software

  • Experience with software certification documentation

  • Experience with requirements-based testing

  • Experience with traceability between software requirements and test results

Job Responsibilities

  • Test C/C++ software used in display systems

  • Verify software compliance with DO-178 requirements

  • Develop and execute software test procedures

  • Perform requirements-based software verification

  • Identify, document, and track software defects

  • Review test results against applicable software requirements

  • Maintain test evidence and verification documentation

  • Support software certification and compliance activities

  • Use SVN for source code and configuration management

  • Support testing of display-related software functionality



Pay Details: $58.00 to $78.00 per hour
