Electrical Engineer

Design electrical power, lighting, fire alarm, network infrastructure, security, and auxiliary systems for regulated facility environments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering

• One to three years of electrical engineering experience

• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SolidWorks

• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code

• Knowledge of fire alarm and signaling codes

• Experience designing building electrical systems

• Ability to develop power and lighting system designs

• Ability to develop fire alarm and auxiliary system designs

Preferred Skills

• Located in Massachusetts or the New England region

• Experience with biotech facilities

• Experience with pharmaceutical facilities

• Experience with medical device manufacturing facilities

• Experience designing network infrastructure systems

• Experience designing security systems

• Experience supporting regulated or technical facility projects

Job Responsibilities

• Design electrical power distribution systems

• Develop lighting system designs

• Design fire alarm and signaling systems

• Develop auxiliary facility systems

• Design network infrastructure systems

• Design security system infrastructure

• Prepare electrical drawings and design documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SolidWorks

• Apply National Electrical Code requirements to electrical designs

• Apply applicable fire alarm and signaling codes

• Support electrical design activities for biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and related facility projects

Pay: 40-45/hr

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
