Review product labels, production records, and quality documentation to support compliant material release and manufacturing operations.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of quality assurance or document control experience within the medical device industry
- Experience working within regulated quality systems
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices
- Experience reviewing production records and controlled documentation
- Proficiency with word-processing and spreadsheet software
- Ability to complete required role-specific training
Preferred Skills
- Associate degree
- Experience reviewing Device History Records
- Experience with product label inspection and release
- Experience using electronic document storage or secure document-management systems
- Experience supporting document control activities
- Experience processing nonconforming product
Job Responsibilities
- Review product labels to verify compliance with approved specifications
- Release approved labels to manufacturing according to production schedules
- Review Device History Records and production records for completeness and specification compliance
- Approve completed Device History Records and release materials to manufacturing
- Escalate nonconforming product identified during label or production-record review to Quality Engineering
- Perform product rework or sorting according to approved instructions
- Scan Device History Records and file documents in secure document-management systems
- Support document control filing and record-maintenance activities
- Maintain controlled-document distribution books
- Upload source documents and controlled files according to established procedures
- Complete required quality and documentation training
Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
