Manage assigned industrial process projects through engineering, material ordering, fabrication, installation, and start-up while supporting technical oversight, customer coordination, scope compliance, and budget tracking.

Job Requirements

  • High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and AutoCAD
  • Experience communicating with customers regarding installation requirements, technical process parameters, controls interfaces, and production downtime planning
  • Experience monitoring and tracking technical progress through engineering, material ordering, fabrication, installation, and start-up
  • Experience monitoring and tracking project costs against budget
  • Experience coordinating engineering, material ordering, and fabrication activities to maintain project schedules
  • Experience reviewing project scope, calculations, drawings, and work standards
  • Experience supporting proposal reviews and change order preparation

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, including Chemical, Mechanical, Food Science, Electrical Engineering, or Project Management
  • 3+ years of experience in fluid or thermal system and equipment design
  • 3+ years of project management experience for construction or industrial process installation
  • Experience in sanitary food processing
  • Experience with technical and cost evaluation of customer proposals

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers, including travel to customer facilities for meetings and collection of installation and technical information
  • Assist the Engineering Manager with technical oversight of engineering and installation personnel
  • Review calculations, drawings, scope adherence, and work standards for assigned projects
  • Assist with internal coordination of engineering, material ordering, and fabrication activities
  • Monitor and track technical progress of assigned projects through all phases
  • Ensure contractual scope and specified requirements are met
  • Monitor and track fiscal progress of assigned projects to maintain budget compliance
  • Coordinate with sales and estimating teams to provide technical proposal reviews and prepare change orders
  • Assist with technical and cost evaluation of proposals for existing customer relationships


Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
