IVVQM/Sr. Project Validation Lead

Leads integration, verification, validation, qualification, and quality assurance activities for complex identity, biometric, web, mobile, and cloud-based solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Eight to ten years of experience validating complex software and integrated technology solutions
• Minimum of three years of experience leading validation projects, work packages, or multiple concurrent initiatives
• Minimum of seven years of experience with web technologies, mobile technologies, application servers, and web services
• Minimum of five years of experience using defect-management tools such as Jira
• Advanced knowledge of Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification methodologies
• Experience with functional, integration, performance, acceptance, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Experience developing validation strategies, quality assurance plans, test plans, test scripts, and acceptance criteria
• Experience estimating, scheduling, tracking, and managing validation activities and project risks
• Experience testing APIs using SOAP and REST protocols
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, and LDAP protocols
• Ability to write SQL queries for database searches and test-data validation
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, release-management, and application-security practices
• Experience troubleshooting integrated software and hardware systems
• Experience supporting AWS or Microsoft Azure deployments
• Experience providing customer-facing technical support during implementation, acceptance, and issue escalation

Job Responsibilities

• Lead integration, verification, validation, qualification, and quality assurance activities for complex projects
• Define project validation strategies and manage validation work packages
• Evaluate solution reliability, robustness, performance, and requirement compliance
• Analyze solution architecture and software components to identify validation risks and required test coverage
• Estimate validation effort, develop schedules, and track project tasks and milestones
• Create quality assurance plans, acceptance plans, validation plans, test procedures, and test scripts
• Define validation scenarios and trace test coverage to system and customer requirements
• Execute functional, integration, performance, regression, acceptance, and user acceptance tests
• Manage defects, perform root-cause analysis, and track corrective actions through resolution
• Review system requirements, technical specifications, design documents, and component test scripts
• Identify test cases suitable for automation
• Develop automated tests for new features and expand regression test coverage
• Use automation and AI-enabled technologies to support test development and execution
• Verify release deliverables against acceptance criteria and quality standards
• Support software and system releases through validation, qualification, and acceptance
• Provide Level 3 support for deployed production solutions
• Coordinate validation activities with engineering, project management, technical leadership, customers, and external teams
• Lead customer acceptance testing and obtain solution acceptance
• Support project initiation, implementation, executive reviews, and technical issue escalations
• Track and report validation progress, schedule status, defects, quality risks, and acceptance readiness
• Improve IVVQ methodologies, templates, tools, and processes
• Document lessons learned and incorporate findings into future validation activities
• Validate network communications, APIs, databases, cloud services, security controls, and integrated hardware and software components

Pay Details: $38.00 to $51.00 per hour
