Facilities Maintenance Tech II
Maintain and support facility systems, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure reliable building operations, environmental control, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in facility operations, facility maintenance, or warehouse management

3+ years of experience planning and ordering materials for facility operations
-
Experience maintaining and repairing facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

Experience performing preventative maintenance and routine facility inspections

Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment
-
Ability to learn and use new facility processes, maintenance procedures, and software systems
Preferred Skills
-
Experience managing maintenance teams or coordinating facility staff

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
-
Familiarity with facility management or service tracking systems such as BMRAM or Service Zone

Experience coordinating external contractors and service providers
Job Responsibilities
-
Monitor controlled environments including temperature, humidity, and pressure to maintain operational standards

Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical building systems

Perform routine maintenance including filter replacements, lighting maintenance, and facility inspections

Plan and support installation of facility equipment and associated utilities including plumbing, electrical, ventilation, DI water, and vacuum systems
-
Coordinate and support external service providers for facility repairs and maintenance
-
Ensure compliance with facility safety standards and regulatory requirements through coordination with local agencies

Maintain documentation and operational procedures for facility systems and equipment
-
Support relocation and installation of office furniture and equipment

Assist engineering and operations teams with facility process improvements

Support third-party vendor service calls and preventative maintenance on production equipment

Participate in internal operational initiatives related to safety, maintenance, and engineering support
Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
