Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a related engineering position
  • Experience with SolidWorks
  • Experience with AutoCAD Inventor
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
  • Experience performing tolerance analysis
  • United States citizenship

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting battery manufacturing or assembly operations
  • Experience developing manufacturing documentation and test procedures
  • Experience designing production tooling and fixtures
  • Experience maintaining engineering data within ERP systems
  • Experience resolving production, assembly, and testing issues

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain technical data packages
  • Create and revise engineering drawings
  • Develop manufacturing documentation, tooling documentation, and test procedures
  • Provide engineering support for production and facility-related issues
  • Verify that product drawings reflect the correct revision level
  • Upload and maintain drawing revisions within the ERP system
  • Design tooling and fixtures for manufacturing processes
  • Investigate and resolve manufacturing, assembly, and battery testing issues
  • Support internal and external technical requirements
  • Coordinate engineering changes with manufacturing operations


Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
