Job Requirements

  • United States citizenship

  • Ability to read and follow written procedures in English

  • Experience using small hand tools

  • Ability to assemble small mechanical and precision components

  • Basic computer skills for production documentation and tracking

  • Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks

  • Ability to complete manufacturing and quality records

  • Ability to identify and report material, equipment, process, and quality issues

  • Ability to use hands and fingers for detailed assembly work

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift

  • Ability to lift or move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally

  • Close vision and color-distinction capability for detailed inspection work

Preferred Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Small-parts assembly experience

  • Medical device manufacturing experience

  • Cleanroom manufacturing experience

  • Experience working in an FDA- or ISO-regulated environment

  • Experience performing in-process quality inspections

  • Experience with precision mechanical assemblies

  • Experience training employees on standardized production tasks

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow detailed assembly instructions and standardized manufacturing procedures

  • Assemble small mechanical and precision components

  • Use hand tools and production fixtures during assembly

  • Perform in-process quality checks against product specifications

  • Inspect components for visual, dimensional, and assembly defects

  • Complete production records, quality documentation, and tracking entries

  • Maintain compliance with FDA, ISO, safety, and manufacturing requirements

  • Identify and report nonconforming materials and finished products

  • Report equipment, tooling, process, and material issues

  • Support corrective actions related to production and quality concerns

  • Train and assist employees with assigned assembly tasks

  • Maintain a clean and organized production workspace

  • Follow established safety, housekeeping, and contamination-control procedures

  • Handle and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds

Pay: 17-20/hr

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
