Site Development PM - FL
Manages site development, construction coordination, and project closeout activities for multiple land development projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, technical schooling, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, civil engineering, surveying, land development, or a related field
- Experience managing site development or construction projects
- Experience coordinating construction field teams and engineering personnel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency with Bluebeam
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Skills
- Professional Engineer licensure
- Experience with AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or BIM 360
- Experience reviewing civil site plans, construction drawings, and technical specifications
- Knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, paving, and roadway construction
- Experience managing inspections, punch lists, permits, and closeout documentation
- Experience coordinating contractors, surveyors, engineers, municipalities, and utility providers
- Knowledge of land development and civil construction processes
Job Responsibilities
- Manage site development and construction closeout phases for multiple projects
- Coordinate construction activities between field teams and engineering teams
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and construction progress
- Review civil drawings, specifications, site plans, and project requirements
- Track grading, drainage, utility, paving, roadway, and related site-development work
- Coordinate responses to field questions and engineering clarification requests
- Monitor contractor performance and identify construction or schedule issues
- Support site inspections and verify work against approved construction documents
- Develop, track, and close project punch lists
- Coordinate final inspections, permits, approvals, and project turnover
- Maintain project records, meeting notes, construction reports, and closeout documentation
- Review contractor submittals, field reports, and change documentation
- Coordinate project activities with contractors, consultants, surveyors, municipalities, and utility providers
- Track project risks, deficiencies, corrective actions, and outstanding closeout requirements
- Support final acceptance and completion of site development projects
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
