Manages site development, construction coordination, and project closeout activities across multiple land development projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, technical schooling, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, civil engineering, surveying, land development, or a related field
  • Experience managing site development or construction projects
  • Experience coordinating field construction and engineering activities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam
  • Ability to manage multiple projects through construction and closeout
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Skills

  • Professional Engineer licensure
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or BIM 360
  • Experience with civil site plans, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway improvements
  • Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and contractor submittals
  • Experience managing punch lists, inspections, permits, and closeout documentation
  • Experience coordinating contractors, surveyors, civil engineers, and utility providers
  • Knowledge of land development and site construction processes

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage site development and construction closeout phases for multiple projects
  • Coordinate construction activities with field teams and engineering personnel
  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, and site-development progress
  • Review civil drawings, construction documents, specifications, and project requirements
  • Track site work, utility installation, grading, drainage, paving, and related improvements
  • Coordinate responses to field questions and engineering clarifications
  • Monitor contractor progress and identify schedule or construction issues
  • Support site inspections and verify completed work against project requirements
  • Manage punch-list development, tracking, and completion
  • Coordinate final inspections, permits, approvals, and project turnover
  • Maintain project records, meeting notes, construction reports, and closeout documents
  • Review contractor submittals, change documentation, and field reports
  • Coordinate with surveyors, consultants, contractors, municipalities, and utility providers
  • Track outstanding project risks, corrective actions, and closeout requirements
  • Support final acceptance and completion of site development projects


Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
