Job Requirements
Manufacturing recruiting and talent acquisition experience
Experience recruiting hourly production, skilled-trade, or warehouse employees
Experience screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates
Experience coordinating employee training and workforce development programs
Knowledge of manufacturing operations, production environments, and staffing requirements
Experience maintaining training records, certifications, and compliance documentation
Proficiency with ADP
Experience using applicant tracking systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Knowledge of employment standards and hiring compliance requirements
Preferred Skills
Experience developing safety, technical-skills, and continuous-improvement training
Experience managing high-volume manufacturing recruitment
Experience building candidate pipelines through job boards, hiring events, referrals, and community partnerships
Experience evaluating training completion and program effectiveness
Experience coordinating orientation programs for hourly employees
Experience with workforce planning and staffing reports
Experience recruiting for multiple shifts and production departments
Knowledge of manufacturing safety and required employee certifications
Job Responsibilities
Recruit hourly manufacturing employees through multiple sourcing channels
Review applications and screen candidates against position requirements
Conduct interviews and coordinate selection activities with department managers
Prepare offers and support pre-employment and hiring processes
Maintain qualified candidate pipelines for current and anticipated staffing needs
Track recruiting activity, open positions, candidate status, and hiring metrics
Maintain applicant records within the applicant tracking system
Coordinate new-hire orientation and employee onboarding
Develop and schedule safety, job-skills, workforce-development, and continuous-improvement training
Coordinate training with manufacturing supervisors, department managers, and subject-matter experts
Maintain employee training records, certifications, attendance, and completion data
Monitor expiration dates for required certifications and recurring training
Evaluate training participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness
Update training materials, onboarding documents, and workforce-development records
Support staffing plans based on production schedules and departmental requirements
Provide workforce reporting to HR and manufacturing leadership
Verify compliance with hiring, onboarding, training, and documentation requirements
Coordinate communication between HR, manufacturing departments, and leadership regarding staffing and training activities
Pay: 60k-70k/year

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
