Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
Experience with Statistical Process Control
Technical writing experience
Customer-facing engineering experience
Experience developing manufacturing specifications from customer requirements
Experience creating setup sheets, work instructions, and control plans
Experience identifying process variation and quality trends
Experience leading corrective actions and root cause analysis
Experience supporting product trials, testing, and validation

Experience in textile, nonwoven, automotive, or related manufacturing environments

Experience supporting production launches from quotation through full-scale manufacturing
Job Responsibilities
Lead new product introductions from quotation through full production launch
Translate customer requirements into product and manufacturing specifications
Develop CAD drawings for customer parts and production requirements
Create tooling specifications and coordinate tooling procurement
Track project milestones, launch readiness, timelines, and required deliverables
Coordinate machinery installation and production-program launches
Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and manufacturing operations
Support product trials, testing, validation, and production qualification activities
Develop and maintain setup sheets, work instructions, control plans, and technical documentation
Define and monitor critical product and process characteristics
Apply Statistical Process Control methods to monitor production performance
Identify process variation, quality trends, and production risks
Lead corrective action requests and root cause analysis activities
Implement process improvements to increase throughput and yield
Improve product quality and production-line performance
Evaluate manufacturing processes for optimization opportunities
Coordinate engineering, quality, tooling, maintenance, and production activities during product launches
Document process changes, validation results, and production requirements
Pay: 70k-75k/ year
